On this Father's Day I am reminded of how thankful I am to not only have a loving earthly father who takes such good care of me, but also my heavenly Father.

"I met a man many years ago who told me that he loved me. I fell in love with his majesty. I fell in love with his love for me. For me, he created the world and it's entire splendor. For his praise and pleasure, his hands molded the earth and filled it with every awesome thing, great and small.
From my heart, I hear shouts of praise.
From every view on earth, his glory reigns.
From the bird that sing in synchronicity, to winds that whistle a melody- he is a poet.
From the trees that bathe in the sun to color the mountain's landscape, to flowers that share his fragrant breath- he is an artist.
He declares the sun to shine and the moon to glow.
The oceans still and seas rumble on his word.
He breaths life with a thought and his whisper conquers death.
With the wave of his hand, he spins the earth and write its history- he is an author.
He delivers and heals, he grieves and gives comfort, he chastens and consoles, he forgives and forgets, loves and loves, and then loves more.
He is "Our Father" my father... my beloved.
Selah."

Happy Fathers Day! I love you dad, and I really wish I was home eating your burgers that you made on your new grill.

Joonz this update is specially for you!
On Saturday Dad and I ran the Turkey Hill 5k. We really missed you not being there with us haha, remember the first time you stuck with me the whole time?! haha... we wont mention all that happened during that race. anyway, karmen slept over Friday night and then Sat. morning Lis, Luis, Diego, Zach, Karmen, Uncle Kevin, and Mom all came to "support" us, but I'm pretty sure they just wanted all the free food and drinks they pass out there.

yup... we're cool enough to play on the inflatable playground for under 10 year old kids and get away with it.

Long Beach Island!
So on Wednesday, me and Lis decided that we needed to take a road trip, so at 3 am Thursday morning we took of for the beach. We got there for the sunrise. It was gorgeous. It was fun but definitely NOT the same without JOONZ. Every time we've been there she's always with us, and this was the first time she wasn't. Sis, you were greatly missed
So this post is for YOU!

OK-
so we have this sort of unspoken family rule that you don't get a cell phone until after you get your licence. I still have about 3 more months until I get my licence. Well, on Sat. Dad completely surprised me and bought me a pink razr!!! ahhh! I am still so excited about it. And the best part is the unlimited texting plan

sarah's phone

so, if you want my number, just ask and I'll gladly give it to you
